I am on my third transaction with this amazing team. I was surprised that this realty firm puts something into the sale of the property. The team came all the way out to the sticks where my place is, and got it ready for photos and sale. And I`m not just talking about staging, but they did the minor repairs and cleaned up the yard. My realtor is Benji Hilman. He listens to everything I say and he remembers everything. He answers all my questions, and is very professional and easy to talk to. He makes suggestions, and lets me make my own decisions. This time around, I have a really tricky situation, and Benji has really gone to bat for me with so much knowledge, research, and contacts. In the future, I hope to buy more properties with him as my realtor.
